Ava von Segil is a stunning 1-2 year old red and black German Shepherd. Sweet and social, Ava is a great pup whose prior owner described her as gentle and friendly, good with children, and good with other dogs and livestock (but she's a no for cats). She had lived on a ranch with other dogs and is looking for a home with another dog or two. On her walks at the rescue, Ava stays in her heel position and strolls calmly by your side.  She really enjoys meeting other dogs along the way, and she loves going for group walks. When it’s time to settle in, Ava will lounge by your side, where she appreciates getting her ears and butt scratched.  In her playgroups, Ava is calm and comfortable – she enjoys meeting dogs and people alike, mingling as everyone strolls the yard.  Not only beautiful, you couldn’t ask for a more wonderful pup!
